An image of my character, Shayna, in the style of Aubrey Beardsley. I did a lot of research for this one, I think it paid off. If I could do it over again, though, I'd ditch the trees and shit in the background and figure out a better composition. For all you haters out there, I'm sorry her face is ugly, but that's just the way he drew his ladies. As men with tits.

This is exactly how I picture the use of black and white. I can never get my art-friends to understand what I mean by how much black they should use! I'm going to show them this as an example.

Waoohhooo, it's crazy to see you working in a completely different style. I'm loving the contrast and balance, and actually, I really like "the trees and shit" in the background.

+it is a beardsley's face, indeed.
and the tree of good and evil is there on the background, i'm sure.
great work... it looks like the illustrations on a 50's edition of The Arabian Nights i have :)+

I think it's very well done and amazing that you can translate your characters into someone else's style. I think the repetitive detailing on the wings brings focus to the right areas ^^ so looks lovely :3
